El Castellar Formation(Valanginian-early Barremian)の最新ニュース

　スペインで最初に記載された恐竜、Aragosaurus ischiaticus （アラゴサウルス・イスチアティクス）が発見された年代について再検討されています。

　白亜紀初期のカマラサウルス類ですが、従来よりも1500万年古いとされています。

　スペインでは古くから恐竜化石が見つかっていますが、最初の記載が1987年と、意外と新しいですね。
